Op 18 oktober hebben Danny Meyer en zijn Union Square Hospitality Group (USHG) hun Romeins-Italiaanse restaurant Maialino nieuw leven ingeblazen in het Redbury Hotel in New York, en hebben ze een nieuwe hotspot toegevoegd aan de NoMad-wijk in Manhattan.
